All food is sourced as ethically as possible, (THE PRICES REFLECT THIS) and I aim to balance flavours and variety to a low carbon footprint. I do not knowingly serve any conflict food, such as blood avocado's and avoid any slave-made products, including high toxin foods, anything GMO or unnatural. The cheese and charcuterie are mostly Irish and I use lots of Irish suppliers, as local as possible. Please be kind, tip handsomely, and relax and enjoy your experience, we are the lucky few on this planet to get to do this!
